In the course of serving our clients Platinum VPS receives, stores and transmits data which may be secret or confidential. A few of these data are provided to us by our clients in order that we may provide service. Examples of these data include your company name, contact number as well as credit card information.

Other details are created and stored by Platinum VPS as we configure and maintain clients’ service. Examples of this data include your choice of service and logs of your account activity.

Disclosure of Customer Information and Communications

Platinum VPS will never share its client’s private as well as account information except in cases where we have reason to believe that uncovering such information is essential to determine, contact, or bring legal action towards someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Platinum VPS, Platinum VPS’s clients, or others, or where Platinum VPS has a good faith belief that the law necessitates such disclosure.

Platinum VPS may also not, except for reasons outlined below, disclose to third parties the contents of any email or any other electronic communications that Platinum VPS holds or transmits for its clients. Conditions under which Platinum VPS will share such electronic communications are when:

it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
it is necessary to secure the legitimate interests of Platinum VPS and its clients;
it is necessary to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or any other legal procedure that Platinum VPS determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
it is necessary to give a law enforcement agency when the contacts are inadvertently obtained by Platinum VPS and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

Modification of Customer Information

Customers may modify their personal information by emailing support@platinumvps.com or by opening a helpdesk ticket.
